Then the Healthy Living Lifestyle Class is for you.

These group classes offered by Kit Carson County Department of Public Health and Environment are taught by a team of trained Lifestyle Coaches and focus on making small changes all designed to help the participant lose weight and prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes.

One in three American adults have prediabetes. Without weight loss or moderate physical activity, many of them can develop type 2 diabetes within five years.
