Felony arrests
Harassment — Amy Kathryn Anderson, 33, of no reported address, Medford. She was arrested by Central Point Police on Saturday for aggravated harassment, misdemeanors and a parole violation. Anderson is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
Theft by receiving — Kyle Martin Barber, 32, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Friday for theft by receiving. Barber was released on his own recognizance.
Identity theft — Anthony Jose Hernandez-Hewitt, 24, of the 3400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for identity theft, misdemeanors and probation violation. Hernandez-Hewitt was released on his own recognizance.
Burglary — Justin Thomas Martell, 40, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for second-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Martell was released on his own recognizance.
Theft — Nakoda Ryan Possinger, 28, of the 1200 block of Murray Street, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for first-degree theft and a misdemeanor. He was being held in the Jackson County Jail for $3,000 bail.
Strangulation — Eric Brian Ritchey, 52, of the 3400 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and a misdemeanor. Ritchey bailed out of the county jail.
Identity theft — Michael Robert Shepard, 33, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for failing to appear for the charge of identity theft and misdemeanors. Shepard was released on his own recognizance.
