Funky, Elvis-loving Tex-Mex chain Chuy’s will soon be bringing its “big as yo’ face” burritos to a new location in New Braunfels, the San Antonio Express-News reports.
The Austin-based chain will build the new, 6,630-square-foot restaurant in the southwest quadrant of Interstate 35 and FM 306, according to a filing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Work on $2.1 million project will begin in April and wrap up in November, the daily reports.
The New Braunfels restaurant will be Chuy’s first in Comal County, according to the Express-News reports. San Antonio is already home to four Chuy’s locations.
